🔁 Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible products within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
  • The reason for return must be valid — such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the simple return process.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or engraved blades
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Used or damaged products not caused by manufacturing fault

💰 Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Refunds may be delayed depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error.


🔄 Exchange Policy

We allow one-time exchanges for products of equal or lesser value, provided the item meets our return conditions and is in stock.
Shipping charges for exchange items are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.


⚙️ Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  1. Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  2. Email them to returns@markhorblades.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  3. We’ll assess your case and offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.

🚫 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • To cancel, email orders@markhorblades.com as soon as possible.

🗡️ Warranty

All MarkhorBlades products include a 6-month manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper sharpening, accidents, or neglect.


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insured courier, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.
